I am retired and in my mid-60s living on a low, fixed income. The idea of re-entering the job market at my age, especially today, is... well, it's a challenge. So, I had a thought. Instead of finding one employer, what if I simply asked a small fraction of the U.S. population to be my benefactors for a grand, collective social experiment?

If just 0.31% of the U.S. population gifted me a single dollar, I would reach the goal of a million. What would it be like to have that much? For me, it would be life-changing. For you, it's a dollar-less than a cup of coffee-to participate in a fascinating social journey.

This is not a charity. There is no great cause other than my own curiosity and hope. It's a collective adventure we can all take together.
